About This Competition

Welcome to the inaugural year of, Fall Brawl 2025, hosted by Mud Sweat Tears Crossfit! This is an individual, barbell only, competition held on Saturday, December 6th. That's right... no running or pull ups! This event will have four categories - RX, Masters 35+, Masters 50+ and Scaled.

Complete as many reps as possible in the 30 second window, then rest 30 seconds. That is considered 1 round. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds. Final weight snatches counts for twice the weight value.


Score is total weight snatched.

Men’s RX: 115, 135, 145, 155, 165 // Women’s RX: 95, 105, 115, 125, 135

Men’s Masters: 75, 95, 105, 115, 135 // Women’s Masters: 55, 75, 85, 95, 105 

Men's Masters 50 +: 65, 75, 85, 95, 105 // Women's Masters 50 +: 45, 55, 65, 75, 85

Must complete strict press, before moving on to back squat. Score is the total of the highest weight for each lift.
