2026 Ultimate First Responder Challenge
About This Competition
The Ultimate First Responder Challenge is designed to test the functional fitness of local law enforcement officers, paramedics, firefighters, and other first responders. This event evaluates real-world physical capabilities through a series of demanding fitness challenges that reflect the physical demands of emergency response.
This year’s format includes both individual and team competition. All participants will complete five individual fitness challenges and compete for the title of Ultimate First Responder. Participants may also choose to compete as part of a team.
Teams will consist of five members and will compete in two additional fitness challenges completed together. For team scoring, each member’s scores from the individual events will be averaged to create a single team score, which will then be combined with the results of the team challenges.
The Ultimate First Responder Challenge emphasizes physical readiness, teamwork, and resilience—core attributes essential to effective emergency response.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
