Catch with elbows fully locked out. Recover to a standing position with feet in line and arms still locked. Hold and demonstrate control. Good lift: Bar travels from floor to shoulders, lifter stands, then puts the bar overhead to full lockout and shows a controlled, stable finish with feet together or in line.
