Deadlift (1RM) — Workout Overview

Conventional Deadlift — Lift Standard. Bar starts on the floor
Hands grip outside the knees, feet roughly hip-width apart. Lift the bar until standing fully upright with hips and knees locked and shoulders back. Maintain control of the bar (no downward movement during the lift). Good lift: Bar travels from the floor to a fully locked-out standing position—hips extended, knees straight, shoulders back—without hitching or supporting the bar on the thighs.

Scoring: Max weight lifted (higher is better)
