Hang Power Snatch (1RM) — Workout Overview

Hang Power Snatch — Lift Standard. Bar starts at the hang position (anywhere above the floor—typically at the hip, above the knee, or below the knee). Lift the bar in one continuous motion from the hang to overhead. Catch the bar with arms fully locked out and hip crease above the knee (no full squat). Stand to full hip and knee extension with bar still locked out overhead. Good lift: Bar travels from the hang to overhead in one motion, caught above parallel with elbows locked, and the lifter stands to full lockout showing control.

Scoring: Max weight lifted (higher is better)
