Max Pull-ups (Strict) — Workout Overview

Max Pull-ups — Rep Standard. Start in a dead hang with arms fully extended and feet off the ground. Pull until the chin clearly passes above the bar. Lower back to a full dead hang (arms fully extended) before starting the next rep. No kipping, swinging, or leg drive. Max set is complete when your hands leave the bar. Good rep: Each rep starts from a dead hang, chin breaks the plane above the bar, and returns to full extension with no momentum assistance.

Scoring: Total repetitions (higher is better)
