Max Push-ups — Workout Overview
Max Push-ups — Rep Standard. Start in a plank position with arms fully extended, hands roughly shoulder-width apart. Lower until the chest makes contact with the floor. Press back up to full arm extension. Maintain a rigid body (hips in line with shoulders and ankles throughout). Max set is complete when you leave the pushup position. No resting on the ground. Good rep: Each rep starts and finishes at full lockout, chest touches the floor, and body remains straight with no sagging or piking.
Scoring: Total repetitions (higher is better)
