Max Ring Muscle-ups (Kipping) — Rep Standard. Start in a dead hang with arms fully extended, rings turned out or neutral, and feet off the ground. Use a kip (swing or hip drive) to pull and transition through the rings. Press out until arms are fully extended with rings at hip level and rings turned out (support position). Return to a full dead hang before starting the next rep. Good rep: Each rep starts from a dead hang, the athlete transitions through the rings, finishes in a locked-out support position with rings turned out, and returns to full extension. Kipping and momentum are permitted.

Scoring: Total repetitions (higher is better)
