Power Snatch (1RM) — Workout Overview

Power Snatch — Lift Standard. Bar starts on the floor. Lift the bar in one continuous motion from the floor to overhead. Catch the bar with arms fully locked out and hip crease above the knee (no full squat). Stand to full hip and knee extension with bar still locked out overhead. Good lift: Bar travels from the floor to overhead in one motion, caught above parallel with elbows locked, and the lifter stands to full lockout showing control.
