Push Jerk (1RM) — Workout Overview

Push Jerk — Lift Standard. Bar starts in the front rack position (bar resting on shoulders/clavicles). Dip at the knees and drive upward using leg power to propel the bar overhead. Re-bend the knees to catch the bar overhead with arms fully locked out (feet stay in line). Recover to a standing position with hips and knees fully extended and bar still locked out. Good lift: Bar travels from the front rack to overhead using a dip-drive-and-catch, with the lifter finishing in a fully locked-out standing position with feet in line showing control.

Scoring: Max weight lifted (higher is better)
