How is a Whitt PR verified on KettleBoards?
After you submit your Whitt PR, other KettleBoards athletes vote on whether it's legitimate. Each voter's influence is weighted by their own number of verified PRs. Once your PR earns at least 3 votes with a positive net score, it becomes "official" and is ranked on the public leaderboard.
Can I submit a scaled version of Whitt?
PR submissions use the RX standard for each workout. The community voting process helps ensure submitted scores meet the RX standard. Scaled efforts are great for training but the leaderboard reflects RX performance.
