Workout

Hang Power Clean — Lift Standard. Bar starts at the hang position (anywhere above the floor—typically at the hip, above the knee, or below the knee). Lift the bar to the front rack position (bar resting on shoulders/clavicles). Catch the bar with the hip crease above the knee (no full squat). Stand to full hip and knee extension. Good lift: Bar travels from the hang to the front rack, caught above parallel, and the lifter stands to full lockout.
