Workout

Squat Clean — Lift Standard. Bar starts on the floor. Lift the bar to the front rack position (bar resting on shoulders/clavicles). Catch the bar with the hip crease below the knee (full squat). Stand to full hip and knee extension. Good lift: Bar travels from the floor to the front rack, caught below parallel, and the lifter stands to full lockout.
