About This Competition
A same sex pairs competition for Masters over 35.
4 divisions with a combined total age
Combined ages
70-80 minimum age 35 16 spaces
81-90 minimum age 38 16 spaces
91-100+ minimum age 42 16 spaces
3 wods plus final for top 3 each division

Scaling allowed within division for extra reps ie 20 du = 40 su etc
RX will be common RX open movements
No rings, but HSW, HSPU and Bar muscle ups could be programmed only 1 athlete would need to perform higher skill movements.
