About This Competition

BATTLE CANCER PARIS 2026

Our signature 90-minute fitness challenge

You’ll progress through high-energy stations - bike, row, ski, and lift - pushing for max reps in 5 minute bursts with 4 minutes to recover before hitting the next station.

*Athlete T-Shirt Deadline: 20 May 2026*

Battle Cancer has two divisions so you can compete at your level.

Challenge Division

Our standard Battle Cancer Challenge. Intense and challenging but teams can go at their own speed and modify movements where needed. For teams looking for a challenge to push themselves but still have fun.

Compete Division

For experienced teams, added obstacles make for a tougher battle. For competitive teams looking to test athletic performance. Movements cannot be modified, standards are as prescribed.

All teams are teams of four - male, female or mixed. Mixed teams can be any combination of gender - 2:2 or 1:3.

Scoring at Battle Cancer

All teams at Battle Cancer will self-score during the challenge, with oversight from our floor crew and judges to ensure accuracy and fairness.

Fundraising

Battle Cancer is a fundraising event, not a charity itself.

Your ticket purchase covers the cost of your participation and all event-related expenses, but it does not include a donation to charity.

We ask each team to aim to raise a minimum of €200 for a cancer charity of their choice.

BATTLE CANCER CHALLENGE 2026

Movement Standards & Station Descriptions & Videos

Overview

The Battle Cancer Challenge 2026 is a 90-minute team fitness challenge completed in three zones:

  1. Endurance Zone (Bike Erg, Row Erg, Ski Erg)

  2. Burn Zone (Box Jump Over, Hand Release Push Ups, Sit Ups)

  3. Power Zone (Sandbag Squats, Dumbbell Devil’s Press, Deadlifts)

Each zone contains three stations. At every station, teams complete 5 minutes of maximum work followed by 4 minutes of rest, then move to the next station.

Your goal is to accumulate as many reps or meters as possible at each station.

All stations use the same work format:

  • Challenge division: 2 athletes working / 2 athletes resting

  • Compete division: Some stations require all 4 athletes working. These are noted clearly below.

Weights, synchro standards, and the required number of working athletes are detailed per station.

ZONE 1 — ENDURANCE ZONE

(Same for Challenge & Compete divisions)
