About This Competition
Raising Money for the Institute of Cancer research
Last year Long term member and friend Leon was diagnosed stage 4 cancer in his liver and bowel
Despite chances being slim, due to amazing medicine, healthcare and a hell of a fight leon has managed to move through this journey and come out the other side.
Leon was fortunate to be offered a range of treatments that ultimately saved his life. Not every family is as lucky. That’s why Nya is completing the London Marathon and we are supporting her in raising money for research that can offer more hope and develop new ways to overcome this awful disease.
This is for Leon.
And for everyone fighting their own battles.
