About This Competition

This is a mixed pairs masters competition with 2 different age Groups.  But instead of having  individual constraints, age groups will be determined by combined age.

- Vintage group   75 to 84yrs
- Reserve group   85+ yrs

** all athletes must be a min of 35yrs old**

There will be a 2 divisions for both age groups:  Rx division and Recreational Division

Possible movements and working loads for the competition. (as a general guideline - weight and movement may be different)

Rx
Pull ups, Chest to bar, Bar and Ring Muscle Ups
Toes to bar, Knees to elbows
Double unders
HSPU
Dumbbells work - 50/35s
Deadlift 225/155
Other possible barbell movements 135/95

Recreational
Pull ups
Toes through Rings, Knees above Hips
Double Unders/Single unders
Hand release Push ups
Dumbbell Work- 35/20s
Deadlifts 185/125
Other possible barbell movements 95/65


** For recreational division - Further scaling options will be available but will be scored like the Games Open. **

 
 
Cost per team -
Early Bird: Before Nov 16, 2025 - $195 + taxes + platform fees
Regular:  After Nov 16, 2025      - $235 + taxes + platform fees
 
 
 
This will include your 4 WOD's, Swag and the chance to win Prizing.

Once completed the second round of 5, Begin your Row for max Cals

WOD (Double Standards) 17 AMRAP

13 AMRAP. (Alternating rounds with your partner)

6 Shuttle runs
5 Devils Press
8 Barbell Thrusters 135/85   (Scaled 95/65)


1 shuttle run = There and back

Rx
Female - Double DB 35/lbs
Male - Double DB 50/lbs

Scaled
Female - Double DB 20 lbs
Male - Double DB 35 lbs

12AMRAP

For max Burpee Broad Jumps and Wall balls

P1 – 7 Deadlifts @225/155 into max DL hold (Scaled: 185/125)
P2 - Max wall balls
Switch 

Then

P1- Top of Ring support
P2 – Max Burpee Broad Jumps
Switch

Then start over.


When P1 drops the DL/ring Support, switch, P2 then does DL/Rsupport into hold then P1 max Wall Balls/Burpee Broad Jumps respectively Continue alternating for 12 mins.  Both must perform reps at station before moving on to other station.

Max reps can only start once the hold begins - not while the DL reps are being performed.

 

Score: Max Burpee Broad Jumps + wall balls! 

Rx jumps 5/3.5.      Scaled 4, 2.5

14 mins  (7 mins each - consecutive)
