The Beach Showdown (formerly 'The Indoor & Outdoor Throwdown @ the Beach) has its origins back in 2017.
Anno 2025, same people, same concept, same cool atmosphere, new divisions, new name, new fresh look and powered by CF Events.
Welcome to the 2025/2026 Beach Showdown Individual Indoor & Buddy Edition Qualifiers for the 2025/2026 finals. The Beach Showdown is an official CrossFit® Licensed Event

You can choose from the following divisions for the indivual event:
- Scaled M 16+
Scaled F 16+ - Regular M 18+
Regular M 35+
Regular F 18+
Regular F 35+ - Advanced M 18+
Advanced M 35+
Advanced F 18+
Advanced F 35+ - RX M 18+
- RX F 18+
- Teens M 12 > 15
Teens F 12 > 15
You can choose from the following divisions for the buddy event:
- Scaled M/M - F/F - M/F
- Regular (35+) M/M - F/F - M/F
- Advanced (35+) M/M - F/F - M/F
- RX M/F M/M - F/F
- Parent & Kids (6-12 years)
