About This Competition

Fittest In Manitoba is a competition for individuals of all levels. 

 

Taking place Jan 24th & 25th . 8:30AM - 5PM

 

Athletes of all levels from Novice, Intermediate and Rx will get the opportunity to hit the competiiton floor with a wide variety of events. We will also have masters divisions. Limited spots for each division.  Each division will have 12 spots including open category & Masters. 

 

DIVISON REQUIREMENTS
 

Novice & Masters Novice

12 spots per division

Novice :
Barbell
Snatch : Men - 75lb Women - 55lb
Clean & Jerk :
Men - 95lb Women - 65lb
D Ball Clean :
 Men - 75lb Women - 60lb

Skills:
-Single Unders
-High Knees
-Jumping Pull Ups
-Wallballs -Men:14lb  Women:10lb
-Dumbbell Snatch - Men:35lb  Women: 20lb

Intermediate & Masters Intermediate :

12 spots per division


Barbell
Snatch: Men 95lb Women: 65lb
Clean & Jerk : Men 135lb Women: 95lb
D Ball Clean : Men 100lb Women: 75lb

Skills:
- Wallballs : Men- 20lb  Women-14lb - 9ft
-Dumbbell Snatch : Men-40lb  Women - 25lb

 Some:

-Pull-ups
-DoubleUnders
- Toes to Bar

-Handstand Push Ups 

 

Rx & Masters Rx:

12 spots per division

Snatch : Men-135lb Women-95lb
Clean & Jerk : Men-185lb  Women-115lb
D Ball Clean : Men-150lb Women-100lb

-Dumbbell Snatch : Men- 70lb  Women-50lb

Some:

-Bar Muscle Ups

-Handtstand Walking 

Masters athletes will be in the same heats as the open category but scored in their own category .

 

OTHER INFORMATION
Refunds: There are no refunds.

Transfers & Substitutions: Individuals that wish to transfer their registration to another individual due to injury, illness or other extenuating circumstances are permitted to do so until December 21st / 2025.

Masters Divisions:

All masters must be 40 years old at or before the competition.

-Rx MUST use feet to get over, you are not allowed to have your knees touch on your way over. Both feet do not have to touch the top of the box.
