About This Competition

  • Check in from 07:20 for anyone in the 08:00 heats.
  • First heat set off time - 08:00.
  • 2 Individuals / and 2 Teams will set off every 8 minutes.
  • You will be given your time slots closer to the event.
  • Within registration, your 5km time and any previous Hyrox simulation times and/or Official Hyrox event finishing times are required as this essentially provides us with the best planning, to allow an experience as close as you can get, to the real thing, giving you a day to remember 💪🏼.
