100 Double Unders or 150 Single Rope Turns
3 Cleans
30 Jumping Pull-ups

Once their Clean is complete, they will move to the rower and perform a 500m Row. After two successful Cleans have been performed the athlete performs 100 Double Unders. Upon completion of the Double Unders they perform their last three Cleans, again adjusting weight if desired. This workout ends when the athlete gets their chin over the bar of the final rep of 30 Pull-ups.

The athlete’s score for Part A of "Very Ape" will be the total weight of all three successfully completed iterations of the clean.
