5ONE Fitness is an official Hyrox Affiliated Gym.
Whether you're training for your first HYROX, want to challenge yourself alongside the 5ONE community or looking for a new PB, this event is accessible for all.
Grab a partner as this will be the Open Standard/Doubles race (share the work with a partner) with an 800m run between the 8 stations.
