BRISTOL FITNESS GAMES - POWERED BY RED BULL

BOOK NOW | £200 PER TEAM | LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE
SAME SEX TEAMS OF 4: SATURDAY 5TH APRIL

+ Compete over 4 workouts in our single day competition

+ Free Red Bull all day

+ Red Bull DJ booth smashing out unreal bangers all day

+ WODS will include functional movements including ergs, dumbbells, running, sled push, lunges, burpees, sandbags and lots of other fun activities 

+ No qualifiers - open to all levels

+ Prizes for 1ST, 2ND, and 3RD

+ Workouts released week prior to the event

 

Registration closes: Monday 31st March (unless sold out prior). Please book via the registration link. 
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the car park.
Refunds: Sorry, ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds.
Athlete changes: Athlete changes can be made up until Monday 31st March
Waiver: A waiver form will be emailed to you to complete in preparation for the day.

Workouts

Workout 1: Push the Tempo

 

20 min AMRAP:

 

A1 & A2-

8 sync sandbad thrusters (males) squats (females) 1 x 10kg & 1 x 20kg

1 200m sandbag run

 

A3 & A4-

2 x 20m sled push & burpee broad jumps (swap over after 20m)

 

Pairs swap over after stattion is complete

 

SCORE= Total sandbag loops

Workout 2: Ride or Die

 

20 min max cal bike

 

Every 2 mins alternate between;

1- 15 sync air squats

2- 15 sync sit ups

 

You can swap the athlete on the bike at any point

All 4 athletes must complete the sync squats & sit ups

 

SCORE= Total calories

Workout 2: Push the Tempo

A1 & A2-

Workout 4: The Gruntner 3.0

 

15:00-30:00

 

Buy in: Relay sprints

Each athlete performs 2 x 200m relays

A1, A2, A3, A4, A1, A2, A3, A4

 

Once complete AMRAP until 30 mins:

20m Kit carry (1x DB, 1x KB, 2x plates, 1x sandbag, 1x D ball)

Every 40m: 10 sync burpees over kit

 

SCORE= total rounds & reps

Workout 3: Rancid bit of kit

 

00:00-15:00

 

Buy in: 6 laps

Lap 1 & 2: 4 athletes

Lap 3 & 4: 3 athletes

Lap 5 & 6: 2 athletes

 

Once complete AMRAP until 15 mins:

24 sync lunges ALL 4 ATHLETES (1xDB 22.5/15kg, 1xKB 24/16kg, 1 sandbag 20/15kg, 1 bodyweight)

16 plate ground to overhead 2 ATHLETES (2x20/15kg plates)

8 Dball to shoulder 1 ATHLETE
