About This Competition
Format
Teams of 3 (all Male, all Female or Mixed)
The Workout:
0-15min
1 team member runs 600m, then all team members accumulate max cals on Bike Erg
15-30min
1 team member runs 600m, then all team members accumulate max cals on Row Erg
30-45min
1 team member runs 600m, then all team members accumulate max cals on Ski Erg
45-50mins
Max Wall Balls (1 Wall Ball Between the Team)
Scoring
Total calories on the ergs plus total wall balls
Rules
- Any team member can run.
- Runner must physically tag one other team member, that team member can then jump on the erg.
- No helping in and out of the rower (due to space!).
- You can decide tactically how to split the erg cals.
- Wall ball reps will only be counted as reps if full depth achieved and they hit targets. If full depth cannot be achieved, a box will be provided.
