About This Competition

The PerFit Throwdown 2022
Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th February

REGISTRATIONs OPEN

Two day, individual throwdown open to all levels with Open, Masters 35+ and Teen 16/17.5yrs divisions.

Open division will be split into Advanced and Intermediate based on the leaderboard from Saturday events. 

CASH PRIZES FOR PODIUMS

Our mission is to deliver a competition to remember, one that sets the standard for local CrossFit comps, one that challenges you in every way. Most of all, a competition that supports the amazing CrossFit community by bringing many like minded people together for a fun, social event!

Each division capacity:

Open - 40 Male & 40 Female
Masters 35+ - 20 Male & 20 Female
Teens 16/17.5yrs - 20 Male & 20 Female

Standards:

This is an intermediate to advanced competition aimed to challenge individuals of all fitness levels with the Open division being split into Advanced and Intermediate, based on the leaderboard from day one. Masters and Teens divisions will remain the same across the weekend.

There will be suitable substitute and scaling options to ensure your safety and maximum fun. The standards are a guide to what you should be able to move competently.

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT BE RELEASING ANY WORKOUTS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. BE PREPARED FOR THE UNKNOWN AND UNKOWABLE, THIS INCLUDES BATHERS!
