About This Competition

3rd HYROX Simulation Event at CrossFit North Devon

**Sunday 8th February from 10am to 5pm**

Get ready to test your endurance, fitness and strength with our HYROX Simulation event. 

It's the perfect opportunity to push your limits with a full run through of the HYROX race (minus the Rox Zone) so you will get quicker times by approximately 4 to 8 minutes.

Whether you're returning to beat your time, preparing for a HYROX Race trying HYROX race for the first time, this is your chance to test your fitness, push your limits, all with the support of the CFND Community. 

Categories (Open) and approximate window times (subject to change) are:

Male Individual:

10am to 11am

Male Doubles and Mixed Doubles:

11am to 12:15pm 

Female Individual:

12:30 to 2pm

Female Doubles:

2pm to 3pm

Additional Information:

  • 2 x Individuals/Doubles/Mixed will set off every 15 minutes
  • You will be given your exact start time at least a week before the event
  • Upon registration, please submit your approximate 1km run time to help allocate the start times
  • Please arrive at least one hour before your start time to register and warm up.
  • First heat of the day will start at 10am.
  • Event to finish at approximately 5pm

This is our 3rd HYROX SIM, it's going to be even bigger and better!..
