About This Competition
WHAT:
From the creators of FirePower’s popular SUMMER LEAGUE, we bring to you, the FirePower Winter Games. This is an “In-house” MEMBERS ONLY pairs competition for members only. We have created 2 different divisions to make this as inclusive as possible to all of our members. Whether you are an Rx athlete, or in it for fun member, there is a division for you.
Fit Division:
135/95 C&J
95/65 Snatch
50/35 DB Snatch
50/35 goblet squat
20/14 wall ball
205/155 Deadlift
Box Jumps (24/20)
Pull-ups, Toes To Bar, Rope Climbs
Fluffy Division:
95/65 C&J
75/55 Snatch
185/125 Deadlift
35/20 DB Snatch
35/20 DB Squat
Wall Balls (14/10)
Box Jumps (20/16)
Jumping Pull-ups, Hanging Knee Raises, Rope Downs

Workouts
For Time
3 Rounds
10/8 Cal Assault bike
10 Pull-ups

30/24 Cal Assault Bike
30 Pull-ups
CAP: 12min
Each Partner will perform only 1 section of the workout, either the 3 rounds (10/10) or the sinlge round (30/30)
Fluffy: 8/6 Cals or 24/18 Cals, Jumping Pull-ups*
Jumping pull-ups, athletes will have pull-up bar approximately 6" above the top of thier head, must start in full hang position with arms extended on every rep, chin must reach over the bar for reps to count.
For Max Load.
Every min perform 1 Clean.
Athletes will have 30s to complete 1 Clean of any style, if successful they will then move to the next bar in the ladder.
Scoring is total bars completed by both team members.
All divisions will complete in the same ladder.
Mens weights: 95-115-135-155-170-185-195-205-215-225
Womens weights: 65-80-95-105-115-125-135-145-155-165
Optional Tie Break Bar; Max reps at 95/65 bar
3 Rounds for Time
15 Syncro Burpee Box Jump Overs
20 Syncro Alt DB Snatches
Time Cap: 10min
Fit - 50#/35# & 24"/20"
Fluffy - 35#/20# & 20"/16"
Partners must be in sync at:
Burpee box jump overs - both athletes must have their chest on the ground at the same time
Alt DB Snatches - Both athletes must have DB locked out overhead at the same time.
Max distance row in 9min.
Team must also complete:
60 Toes to bar
60 DB Thrusters
Flow:
P1 - starts on rower
P2 - starts to work on T2B
Partners can switch at anytime. Must complete all 60 T2B before moving to DB Thrusters.
Any incomplete reps count as -50m from total rowed distance.
Fit - 40#/30# DBs
Fluffy - 30#/20# DBs & Leg Raises to DB while holding single db
