Iron Circle - Forged in Fitness
About This Competition
Forged in Fitness is a dynamic pairs competition hosted at Iron Circle Fitness, designed to push athletes to their limits across all facets of functional fitness. Teams will battle through workouts that challenge cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and overall strength, demanding strategy, resilience, and seamless teamwork.
Pairs will work their way through the different sections, testing various components of fitness in each section in a 65 minute window.
Workout Flow;
0-10 mins - CV Endurance - Max Row meters
5 min rest
15-30 mins - Strength 3RM Deadlift
5 min rest
35-45 mins - Muscular Endurance - Max DB Reps
5 min rest
50-65 mins Strength 3RM Push Press

Workouts
In your pairs, you will have 10 minutes to row as many meters as possible. You can change the person on the rower as often as you like.
You will work in 2 minute intervals with a 2 minute rest between intervals.
You will try to accumulate max reps of;
Single DB Snatch
Single DB Thruster
Single DB Devil Press
All movements must be synchro at the top of the movement.
You will have 15 minutes to find a combined 3 rep max Push Press in your pair.
You will have 15 minutes to find a combined 3 Rep Max Deadlift weight.
