STANDARDS :

- Db Snatch/Thruster/Devil press/Clean & Jerk : 1x 35/50

- Toes to bar ou Strict Knee raise ou Pull up ou Bar Muscle up

- Box jump/over 20/24

- Wall Ball 14/20 - 9/10ft

- Deadlift/Clean/Snatch/Jerk minimum 55/75

- Utilisation Row/Ski/Assault
