Gymnasium Hyrox Simulation
About This Competition
This HYROX-style simulation is designed to test full-body endurance, mental toughness, and team strategy. Working in pairs, athletes will complete a mix of monostructural cardio (run, row, ski, bike) and functional movements, with all runs completed together and all other work split evenly.
Key challenges include a 200m total Farmers Carry with dumbbells (16kg/24kg), a heavy 100m sled push (scaled by division: 125kg MM/MF, 100kg FF), and high-rep lunges, burpees, and wall balls to finish.
Expect a high-intensity, race-paced effort across all stations. Teamwork, pacing, and smart transitions will be essential to succeed.
Heats start every 5 minutes with 4 lanes per heat, allowing for smooth flow and manageable floor space. Smart pacing and slick transitions are essential. This sim is built to test every aspect of your hybrid fitness.
