Workouts
BLACKOUT – WORKOUT FLOW
Athletes compete in pairs (same-sex or mixed).
Each pair will complete 4 workout stations.
•Station time: 12 minutes
•Transition time: 3 minutes between stations
•Total working time: 48 minutes
•Total transition time: 9 minutes
•Total workout duration per pair: 57 minutes
Each station follows the same structure:
•Athletes work continuously for 12 minutes
•Movements are completed together, sharing work as required by the station standards
•Partners must remain in their assigned lane / station area at all times
•Judges will monitor, standards, and transitions
At the end of each 12-minute station:
•Athletes stop immediately when the clock ends
•A 3-minute transition window begins
•During this time, pairs move directly to their next assigned station
•No work is completed during the transition period
After completing all 4 stations, the workout is complete.
Scoring is based on:
•Total calories completed across all stations
•Any movement standards or penalties will be applied per station
Athletes are expected to:
•Be ready to start on the buzzer
•Manage pacing across all four stations
•Communicate clearly with their partner
•Use transitions efficiently to recover and reset
This is a continuous, time-pressured workout designed to test engine, strength, efficiency, and teamwork across all four stations.
