The FrostFit Games II
The FrostFit Games are back! This in-house throwdown is open to A.I.O. members only, and this year you’ll be competing in male–female teams of two.

New This Year: Seeding WOD
To kick things off, everyone will hit the same seeding workout. Your score in that WOD decides whether your team lands in the RX Division or the Scaled Division for the rest of the competition.

RX Division
For teams ready to take on more demanding standards and go full send.

Scaled Division
For teams that want to throw down hard but with more accessible standards after the seeding.

Whatever division you end up in, The FrostFit Games II is all about pushing limits, having fun, and bringing some heat to the coldest time of the year.
