🔥 The Open 2025 – Doe mee bij Impact Sports Academy! 🔥

Het is weer zover: The Open 2025 staat voor de deur! Dit wereldwijde CrossFit-event is dé kans om jezelf te testen, nieuwe PR’s te halen en samen met andere leden van Impact Sports Academy de strijd aan te gaan.

💪 Hoe werkt het?
In Competition Corner worden de drie Open workouts gepubliceerd. Iedere deelnemer doet deze workouts en de scores worden bijgehouden op onze eigen Impact Sports Academy leaderboard.

📅 Wanneer?
De Open bestaat uit drie weken vol uitdagende workouts. We zorgen voor een geweldige sfeer waarin je samen met andere leden alles uit jezelf kunt halen.

Workouts

As many rounds and reps as possible in 15
minutes of:
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the
burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
