Just you, the farm, and the work. All Effort, No Ego.
Fittest on the Farm: Solo is a test of engine, strength, grit, and pacing — designed for anyone who want to see what they’re really capable of when it’s all on them.
3x15 min Stations
15 minutes per station
5 minutes rest between workouts
All workouts are AMRAP style
Total reps across all 3 Stations = Final score
Scoring
Scores from all three Stations are added together
The particoant with the highest total reps wins
There are no eliminations all athletes complete all three workouts
This event rewards athletes who can keep working when fatigue sets in
Functional, farm-inspired movements
Minimal gimmicks, maximum effort
A raw but supportive competition atmosphere
Food vendors and DJ on site.

Overall leaderboard
Age division leaderboard
Athletes may place in their age division without being overall winners
Farmer Strong reserves the right to merge divisions if entry numbers are low
All entries for Fittest on the Farm: Solo are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be issued for injury, illness, personal circumstances, or inability to attend.
Entries cannot be deferred to a future event or transferred to another athlete.
In the unlikely event the competition is cancelled by the organiser, athletes will be offered either a full refund. By purchasing an entry, athletes agree to this policy in full.
