Workouts
20:00 for max cumulative load:
20 Pull-ups / assisted pull-ups
20 Sync box jump 24/20” (2 working)
20 Sync DB thrusters 1x 17.5/15/10kg (3 working)
20 Sync DB hang snatches 1x 22.5/17.5/15/10kg (4 working)
10 Sync shoulder to overhead, as heavy as possible (2 working)
10 Minutes for all members to establish a max weight on the following complex:
1 Clean + 2 Hang cleans + 3 Front squats + 2 Hang cleans
Complete the following for time:
10 Rounds alternating between MF pairs:
(During the first 10 rounds all dumbbells must be held off the floor by the resting MF team)
30 Sync double -unders / 60 Sync single -unders
15 Toes-to-bar / 30 toes-to-chest
5 Sync burpees
….then
4 working:
20 Bar muscle-ups / assisted bar muscle-ups
10 Sync Devil’s press 1x 22.5/17.5/15/10kg
1 Sync step-up
