About This Competition
🌍 World Fitness Trials 2025
Earn your spot to the World Fitness Finals in Copenhagen through the World Fitness Trials.
How to compete?
Gather your teammates info and then 1 team captain signs up for the whole team.
Register in the appropriate division for Team of 2 $20 and Team of 4 $40
Enter teammates information
Submit Registration, it's that easy!
2 workouts are released each Sunday night, starting October 5 for 3 weeks. Scores are due by the following Sunday night for all teammates.
Workouts are done individually and teammates give their scores to the team captain and they can enter all teammates scores.
Scores are added together and the the system will total the scores and submit for the leaderboard.
At the end of 3-weeks, we will do a review process and start sending invites to Copenhagen.
Only Elite Teams of 4 are required to video their workouts. All other divisions are required to provide their judge's name and email address for verification of scores.
