Each Parnter must complete a

Max Distance Sled Push in 3 Minutes

Max Sand Bag Sqaut in 3 Minutes

 

Reps and Distnace will be combined for the Score

Right after event 1 finishes you will ahve 10 mintues to build to a

Max Weight Snatch Complex

 

1-Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch ( Any Snatch)

 

10 Minute AMRAP

200 meter run (together)

15 snatches (Split)

15 OHS (Split)

Intermediate-95lb/65lbs

Scaled- Back Squats 75lb/55lbs
