400M RUN

68M HANDSTAND WALK

 

Flow: 

Teamet løber sammen de 400m, herefter går den ene makker i gang med de HSTW. De 68m må deles anyhow, men et felt gåes unbrokken. Når de 68m er gennemført , løber teamet igen 400m sammen osv.

Begge hænder starter bagved linjen/kegler og slutter helt bagved

160 CHEST TO BAR (16 EACH)
80 MEDBALL SIT UP (SYNCRO)
40 GOBLET STEP UP 20/16KG (SYNCRO)
20 OVERHEAD SQUAT 80/55KG (SYNCRO)
10 LEGLESS ROPE CLIMB (1 EACH)

FLOW:

Den ene makker starter på Heavy DU. Der er krav om at de 320 H.DU deles i sæt af 32 H.DU. Når alle 320 H.DU er gennemført forsætter teamet til 160 CTB, hvor der er krav om de deles i sæt af 16 CTB. 

Herefter forsætter teamet til 80 sit ups med wall ball som udføres synkront. Når de 80 sit ups er gennemført fortsætte teamet med 40 synkron goblet step ups. Til sidste skal der udføres 20 OHS synkront.

M1: 100 m svøm

M2: 30 Beam Ball med 20/14

 

Flow: Begge makker arbejder samtidigt. 

Makker 1 starter med at svømme 100 m mens makker 2 laver 30 Beam Ball. Når begge makker er færdig, starter Makker 1 på 30 Beam Ball og Makker 2 på 100 m svøm osv.

Begge øvelser skal gennemføres af begge atleter 5 gange.
