One BIG FUN SUPER SERIES. Grab your partner, REGISTER NOW and get set for a whole heap of fitness, fun & community.

Registration is $170 per team, BUT sign up NOW before the early bird regstration closes, the price drops to $150 per team and you get the option to purchase an exclusive "2025 SUPER SERIES ATHLETE" shirt at cost price! 

This event is suitable to all fitness and experience levels. It's a great way to celebrate & test the work you put in every day.

Event 2- “Pressure Cooker”

3RM Bench Press- in 6 mins

3RM Front Squat- in 6 mins  

*both partners must find 3rm in 6 min Window. Both Partners Working on 20kg Bar.

*If you miss a weight, you cannot go back and attempt lighter.

*event 2 flows on the back of Event 1.

*Novice- No Front Squat Test

*2 Scores- Combined Squat total, Combined Bench Total

Min 2- Male AMRAP- 4 Deadlift+3 Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squat + 1 Shoulder to OH 70/45kg

Min 3- Female AMRAP- Rd 1- 1 Burpee + 2 Bar Muscle Ups, Rd 2- 1 Wall Walk+2 Bar Muscle Ups, Rd 3- 1 Burpee+1 Wall Walk + 2 Bar Muscle Ups

Min 4- Male AMRAP- Rd 1- 1 Burpee + 2 Bar Muscle Ups, Rd 2- 1 Wall Walk+2 Bar Muscle Ups, Rd 3- 1 Burpee+1 Wall Walk + 2 Bar Muscle Ups

Scoring- 2 scores. Max Rep Barbell, Max Rep Gymnastics.

*Intermediate- 50/35kg. Chest to Bar/Pull Ups. Females have reduced range wall walk.

*Novice- 30/20kg. 3 Burpee+3 Ring Rows, 3 Floor Walks + 3 Ring Rows, 3 Burpee+3 Floor Walks + 3 Ring Rows

Intermediate- 15/10kg, 12 Push Ups/AB Mat Push Ups, 50 SU’s
