About This Competition
The Vault Throwdown 3 returns on November 14th, bringing together athletes from across Qatar for a day of competition, camaraderie, and challenge.
Teams of two (Male/Male and Female/Female) will compete across RX and Community (Scaled) categories in a series of workouts designed to test strength, endurance, and teamwork.
Whether you’re chasing the podium or stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, this event is for you.

- Teams can complete the workout however they want

Flow:
- Athletes both work through Row and the 8 rounds at the same time.
- Both athletes must complete at least 2 rounds each.
- Round must be completed by 1 athlete
- Score is total time to complete row and 8 rounds

Flow:
- Athlete 1 completes the full round of 21 (21 Burpee Over Bar + 21 Hang Cleans).
- Once Athlete 1 finishes, Athlete 2 begins their full round of 21.
-Both athletes then move to the round of 15 in the same format, followed by 9.
-The team’s time is complete when both athletes finish the final 9 Hang Cleans.
Time Cap: 7 Minutes

Notes
- Clean may be performed anyhow
- Each athlete must load and change their own barbell
- Only successful lifts completed before the 4:00 mark will count
- Collars must be used for all attempts
