About This Competition

The Vault Throwdown 3 returns on November 14th, bringing together athletes from across Qatar for a day of competition, camaraderie, and challenge.

Teams of two (Male/Male and Female/Female) will compete across RX and Community (Scaled) categories in a series of workouts designed to test strength, endurance, and teamwork.

Whether you’re chasing the podium or stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, this event is for you.

12 Dumbbell Hang Snatch (80 lb)
16 Toes-to-Bar
AMRAP Wall Balls (30 lb) in the remaining time

Female RX


In each AMRAP:
800m C2 Bike
12 Dumbbell Hang Snatch (45 lb)
16 Toes-to-Bar
AMRAP Wall Balls (20 lb) in the remaining time

Flow:
- Teams can complete the workout however they want

- There is no rest between the AMRAPs 

Time Cap: 13 minutes total (3 + 3 + 3 + 4)

Female RX

For Time

2500m Row
8 Rounds:
8 Sandbag Reverse Lunges 80lb
10 Dual Kettlebell Push Press 16 kg
9 Calorie Ski

Flow:

- Athletes both work through Row and the 8 rounds at the same time.

- Both athletes must complete at least 2 rounds each.

- Round must be completed by 1 athlete

- Score is total time to complete row and 8 rounds

Time Cap : 12 Minutes

 

 

Male RX


21-15-9 (each)
Burpee Over the Bar
Hang Cleans (105 / 155 / 205 lb)

Female RX

21-15-9 (each)
Burpee Over the Bar
Hang Cleans (65 / 95 / 115 lb)

Flow:
- Athlete 1 completes the full round of 21 (21 Burpee Over Bar + 21 Hang Cleans).
- Once Athlete 1 finishes, Athlete 2 begins their full round of 21.
-Both athletes then move to the round of 15 in the same format, followed by 9.
-The team’s time is complete when both athletes finish the final 9 Hang Cleans.

Time Cap: 7 Minutes

 

Male & Female

4 Minute Window : Build to a Max Clean (anyhow)

Notes
- Clean may be performed anyhow
- Each athlete must load and change their own barbell
- Only successful lifts completed before the 4:00 mark will count
- Collars must be used for all attempts
