Gobbler Getdown is BACK for its 3rd year!!!
Grab a partner and get ready for a day filled with PRs, high-fives, and showcasing your skills through some fun workouts!
Regardless of fitness level or experience, this is an opportunity to challenge yourself one last time before the holiday season amongst the surrounding areas of CrossFit Rosharon.

Kb Farmer's Carry for Time.
15 MIN AMRAP:
20/15 Cal Echo Bike
6 Cleans (185/125)(135/95)
20 Box Jump Overs (24"/20")
6 Wall Walks
*While Partner A bikes, Partner B must maintain a front rack barbell hold. Partners can switch at anytime until calories on the bike are complete.
*Cleans can be squat or power and reps can be split however.
*Box jumps and wall walks must be completed as "You go, I go" for each rep.
*Scaled can step over or jump over the same heights prescribed for the box.
*Scaled will have to complete wall walks measured 30 inches from the wall.
Intermediate/Scaled-
You and your partner have 7 MINS to Find a Max 3 Rep Overhead Squat.
Can split time/reps however you choose during this time. Must call out weight to judge before attempting a rep.
