Barbell Brawl TEN
About This Competition
Barbell Brawl TEN will bring three great tests of fitness throughout the day. Teams of 2, same sex partners. Three divisions: RX, Scaled and Masters (both partners must be 40 or older).
You may substitute a partner after registration, if there is a conflict or injury, but no refunds will be available.
We hope to see both familiar faces and some new athletes as well. Come join us at CrossFit Kennett Square for Barbell Brawl TEN on 9/20/25.

You and your teammate will move through each movement - one partner working at a time - pushing pace and strategy under fatigue:

Recover just long enough to hit each movement hard as you move down the list.
11 minute time cap.

Part A:
Teams have 6 minutes to complete 60 Ground to Overhead (snatch or clean & jerk, shared evenly). That cap, whether completed or not, will lead immediately into Part B…
Part B:
You'll have 5 minutes (total) to each build to a heavy complex:
3 Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Shoulder to Overhead
(Unbroken/touch-and-go or it doesn't count.)

Buy-in to each round with 1 synchro wall walk

WOD Flow:
This one’s a full-on synchronization party!
Every movement will be mirrored with a partner.
Partners will start each round with a single synchro wall walk,
followed by a ladder of:
Synchro Toes-to-Bar
Synchro Lateral Burpee Over Bar
Synchro Deadlifts
Synchro Box Jump Overs
(2-4-6-8… increasing by 2 reps each round; with the exception of wall walks always being 1)
You and your partner will need to move in perfect sync for 12 minutes straight. With a mix of gymnastics, barbell work, and conditioning, this one’s got no place to hide.
