When: November 1, Roughly 7:30am -3:30PM 

Where: CrossFit Escondido,  237 E Valley Pkwy Escondido Ca. 92082 

Divisions: 

RX same gender pairs

Intermediate same gender pairs

Scaled pairs same gender (This division is for fun)

Event 1: 300m run 150' truck Pull - You get to choose a ringer to help with the pull portion. 

Event 2/3 (barbell biased): On a 10:00 clock. Athlete 1 does 30 clean and jerks for time. This is score for event 2. When athlete 2 is finished they have the remaing time to work to a heavy clean. This is score for event 3.

Weights: RX 135/85    Intermediate: 115/75       Scaled: 95/65

Event 4 (gymnastics biased):  

Switch as needed - Must tag (cannot be waiting at rower to go)

6 rds (9:00 time cap)

Workouts

Both athletes start at the truck. At 3-2-1-go both athletes will run 300ish meters out and back. 

Once both athletes are back at the truck they may start to pull with the help of their ringer.

-Ringer rules: Athletes can get help with the truck pull portion only. It can be anyone of the same gender. 

Note: We will have a armored SWAT truck onsite for the pull. Some divisions my pull a lighter truck if it is to heavy.

Event 2 and 3 are run in succession

Event 2: On a 10:00 clock.

Atr 3-2-1-go Athlete 1 will do 30 clean and jerks for time.

RX: 135/85,  Intermediate: 115/75,  Scaled 95/65

Following the 30 clean and jerks athlete 2 will have the remaining time in the 10:00 window to work to a heavy clean. (any variation)

-Athlete 1 may help change weights for Athlete 2. 

- The bar must be off the ground at 10:00 marl for the lift to count. 

- Spare weights must be out of the lifting box for safety. 

-Athletes will use the same bare for Event 2 and 3. 

-Clips are required
