Our ½ HYROX Simulation is happening Saturday, November 22 starting at 6:00am — and it’s your chance to experience all the signature HYROX movements in a full competition-style setup (with staggered heats to keep things flowing).
You’ll get to choose your format:
Solo – take on the challenge yourself
Pairs – grab a partner and split the work
Mixed Pairs – co-ed teamwork for the win
This is the perfect prep for anyone eyeing the Phoenix HYROX Race coming up in January 2026 — whether you’re getting competition-ready or just want to push your limits with the crew.
