About This Competition
Introducing the ultimate Mixed Pairs Competition "The Dual 2", which is designed for scaled to intermediate athletes!
One person in your team must be able to do the following movement standards :
Standards
All team members:
ground to overhead
60/40kg barbell
22.5/15kg single dumbbells
24/16kg Kettlebells
At least 1 team member:
Double unders
Pull ups
Toes to bar
The event will be starting at 9am with podiums and prizes before 4pm
Grab your team mates and lets go!!!!
T's & C's
- Registration is open until 7th November, or until spaces run out
- Only one team member needs to register (£70 for the entire team)
- Entry fee's are non-refundable (in the event of the entire team needing to withdraw, you can arrange re-allocation of tickets to a new team up to 3 days before the event begins - just make sure to contact us ahead of time!)

Whilst Partner B: AMRAP jump rope
Then swap to complete round 1
Singles = 1 points
Crossovers = 2 points
DU = 3 points
For calories:
3 rounds of:
YGIG
10 Assault Bike calories
10 Unbroken Jumping Squats (or start squats again)
Then in the time remaining
max calories as a team

Whilst Partner B completes a front rack sandbag hold
