About This Competition

Mixed sex pairs competition for scaled athletes!

Venue - CrossFit Cheltenham

- 3 WODs for all teams. The team with the least points over 3 WODs wins


- NO QUALIFIERS


- Enjoy a great competition at a friendly box run by an events team with nine years experience of running successful team events

-MOVEMENT STANDARDS

- Rx'd Category- Very similar to Rx'd CrossFit Open standards. A good range of CrossFit skills and strengths are needed for this category. If you normally do CrossFit benchmark workouts Rx'd this is for you.

PRICE - £89 per team

Other info:
The WODs will be released before the Throwdown.
Prizes for all podium finishers.
This event is child and dog friendly, so bring your friends and family along!
Spectators can come and cheer you on for free!
There will be plenty of space to park in the industrial estate where the box is located.
