About This Competition
The TRX Ignite Challenge is your chance to compete in a 10-station, high-energy race built around TRX’s science-backed functional training methods. Designed for all fitness levels, this event pairs you with a teammate to test your strength, stamina, and movement—without the long-distance running of other races.
Complete 10 workout stations with a partner—or go solo.
- Station 1: 500m Run
- Station 2: TRX Atomic Push-Ups
- Station 3: Slam Ball Broad Jumps
- Station 4: Power Bag Drags
- Station 5: YBell Reverse Lunges
- Station 6: 1k Row
- Station 7: Power Cleans
- Station 8: YBell Squat to Overhead Press
- Station 9: 500m Run
- Station 10: TRX Low Rows
Divide the work however you want (except the run—you’ll run or walk that together).
It’s timed, so whether you’re chasing a podium or a personal win, you’ll finish feeling accomplished.

STATION BREAKDOWN
Station 1: 500 Meter Run
Complete a 500m run — outdoors or on a self-powered treadmill.
Partners must stay together
Station 2: 50 Atomic Push-Ups
Chest must touch yoga block; knees must reach waist on the crunch.
Scaled: Knee push-up → plank → crunch.
Station 3: 100 Slam Ball Broad Jumps
Slam at edge of 24” mat → jump over → shuffle/jump back → repeat.
Women: 10 lbs | Men's Slam Ball: 20 lbs.
Station 4: 100 Power Bag Drags
Drag bag across yellow line in a plank position, alternating sides.
Must fully clear line each rep.
Women: 20 lbs | Men: 30 lbs
Station 5: 100 YBell Reverse Lunges
Use two YBells, outside grip.
YBells cannot touch the ground at any time.
Knee must touch the ground each rep.
Partners must hand off standing.
Men’s: 10kg Women’s 6kg
Station 6: 1,000 Meter Row
Row 1K on a Concept2 rower.
Solo - 500M
Damper must be between 6-8
Station 7: 100 Power Clean (Powerbag)
Power clean → rack → stand → lower to ground.
Focus on Hinge.
Women: 20 lbs | Men: 40 lbs.
Station 8: 100 YBell Squat to Overhead Press
Use one YBell, double grip (apex down).
Squat to knee level and press overhead.
Women: 4.5 kg | Men & Mixed Doubles: 8 kg.
Station 9: 500 Meter Run
Another 500m run — outdoors or on a self-powered treadmill.
Station 10: 100 Low Rows (TRX Suspension Trainer)
Maintain a strong plank; fists must reach the chest.
Men/Mixed Doubles: Start at the first gray line.
Women: Start at the third gray line (24” back).
