Standards: 

 INTER :

2/3 athlètes doivent savoir faire des Toes to bar, Chest to bar, et HSPU à niveau.
Un des trois athlètes doit faire au moins 1 Muscle-up a la barre. 

Les charges d'haltérophilie sont à 65/50 pour les hommes et 40/30 pour les femmes.

 

RX : 

Tous les athlètes doivent passer les Bar Muscle up, HSPU et Toes to bar.

Les charges d'haltérophilie  sont à 60/80kg pour les hommes et 40/50kg pour les femmes

 

 

Prix: 225€ TTC / Team + Frais compétition corner

 

 Inscriptions à parti de Samedi 15 Novembre à 20h

 

Notez qu'aucun remboursement ne sera effectué en cas d'indisponibilité ou de blessure. 

Remplacement : les remplacements sont effectués en "interne" et devront être signaler lors du check in du jour J.
Ni le  nom de Team ni la pancarte ni les tailles de tee shirts ne peuvent être modifiés.

Les workouts seront annoncés le Vendredi 13/02, sauf en cas de changement de décision de l'équipe organisatrice.

Tout types de matériel de Fitness Fonctionnel est demandé : cordes, maniques, baskets de courses, tenues de rechange, etc
