Division Expectations:
• Rising Beasts - Just getting started. Teething on kettlebells.
Power Snatch 75/55
Knees Above Waist
Clean & Jerk 95/65
Thrusters 65/35
• Savage Beasts - Past foundations. Still learning to pace. Not quite feral.
Power Snatch 95/75
Toe to Bar (Only one has to touch bar at a time. typically done Alternating. Alt will not be required.)
Clean & Jerk 115/80
Thrusters 80/50
• Alpha Beasts - Top of the food chain. Eats burpees for breakfast.

• Vintage Beasts (age 45+) Aged to perfection -- stronger, smarter, slightly creakier.

We’re also crowning the Beast of the East GYM CHAMPION
The gym with the most accumulated athlete points takes home the title, bragging rights, and the BEAST TROPHY. So the more athletes from your gym, the more team points you earn. The higher you place in each workout, the more Team points you earn.
Register NOW before spots fill up! Allowing 16 athletes in each Division except Vintage. Vintage will have 8 athletes in each the Male and Female divisions.
