About This Competition
- Competition will feature male-female teams competing across multiple workouts. Teammates will be randomly selected within each division the day of the competition.
- Total of four workouts: three regular workouts plus a final
- The final workout will be a surprise revealed on the day of the event
Workout Movements
- First three workouts will include:
- Assault Bike
- Thrusters
- Wall Walks
- Dumbbell walking lunges
- Rowing
- Dumbbell bench press
- Deadlift
- Muscle Ups
- Chest to Bar
- Pull Ups
- Ring Row
- Clean
- Snatch
- Handstnad Push Ups
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press
- All workouts will be modified appropriately for each division
Purpose
- Create a community-building experience
- Celebrate fitness together
- Encourage participants to step out of their comfort zones
- Primary focus is on having fun within the community
